Manuel Algarate

Manuel Algarate currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Farmaprojects since November 2016, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining Farmaprojects, Manuel spent nearly a decade at Cuatrecasas, focusing on Management Control and Talent Development. Earlier experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at National Car Parks Limited from 2000 to 2006. Manuel's educational background includes a Degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, an M.B.A. from Esade, and a degree in Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from Esade.
