Prior experience includes roles at nazwa.pl, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to technical support related to domain and server management. Additionally, Łukasz contributed to customer care at BillBird, focusing on technical support for payment terminals and complaint resolution, and served in customer advisory roles at Orange. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej in Lublin and a technical degree in IT from TEB Edukacja.
