Meaghan Foster is an experienced payroll coordinator with a strong background in payroll processing and administration. Currently employed at Farmer Companies since May 2022, Meaghan manages payroll for over 12 payrolls across multiple states using Paycom, maintaining close relationships with company staff. Previous roles include coordinating payroll for Noble Health Corporation's community hospitals, where Meaghan also contributed to the transition of the accounting team, and assisting high-level administrators during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes positions at ASCAP, Banner Music Publishing, and the Office of Development at Belmont University, showcasing skills in music business, administration, and life skills training for visually impaired individuals. Meaghan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from Belmont University.

In the late 1940’s, Elliott Farmer, Sr. created a clear vision in the Ready Mix and Asphalt business with Farmer’s Concrete, Cole County Industries and Jefferson Asphalt. When his sons, Bud and Mike Farmer entered the business world in the early 1970’s they maintained the foundation of family first, a strong work ethic, and that failure was not an option. They continued to grow from that vision through vertical integration and expansion into other complimentary industries. Farmer Companies now employs more than 1700 people.
