Christopher Roper is an experienced operations manager with a comprehensive background in the poultry processing industry and a B.S. in Business Administration from Brenau University. Currently serving as the 2nd Shift Production Superintendent at Farmer Focus - Shenandoah Valley Organic since February 2017, Christopher is responsible for managing second shift operations. Previous roles include Production Manager at House of Raeford Farms, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and Production Supervisor at Wayne Farms LLC, and various management positions at Pilgrim's and Townsends Inc, showcasing expertise in shift operations, inventory control, training and development, and quality assurance. With over three decades of experience, Christopher has demonstrated consistent leadership and a commitment to safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.
