Matthew Goodyear

Matthew Goodyear is a seasoned professional in brand and product development, currently serving as the Head/VP of Brand & Product Development at Farmer Focus since April 2025 and as the Founder of Good Vibes Snacks since October 2024. Previously, Matthew held multiple leadership roles at Wild Fork from January 2017 to May 2025, focusing on ecommerce, digital product development, and people operations. Matthew's experience also includes roles at JBS as HR Director and Director of Talent Acquisition, where significant successes included halving the time to fill positions. As Co-Founder and COO of Recruit 365, LLC, Matthew led innovative projects serving athletes and recruiters. Additional experience encompasses operational leadership with Florida Stars and the University of Central Florida Athletics Association. Matthew holds a B.A. in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
