Erin Krawsczyn has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Erin started their career as an Office Manager and Special Events Manager at Riverside Golf Course in 2001. After that, they worked as a Referral Manager at Rocksprings Rehabilitation Center from 2004 to 2005. Erin then joined Meigs County Chamber of Commerce as a Director from 2005 to 2006. Following that, Erin worked as an Office Manager and Special Events Manager at Riverside Golf Club from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Farmers Bank and Savings Company and held various roles including HR Manager/Corporate Secretary, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and currently serves as a Senior Vice President since 2016.
Erin Krawsczyn's education history is as follows:
From 1993 to 1997, they attended Meigs High School. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Ohio University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Organizational Communication.
In 2011, Erin attended the Bank Management School at the Ohio Bankers League for one year. The following year, they also attended the Bank Leadership Institute at the same institution from 2012 to 2013, specializing in bank leadership.
In 2017, Erin enrolled at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management School.
Furthermore, Erin has obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from the SHRM Certification institution. Additionally, in June 2010, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
