In December 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from the SHRM Certification institution. Additionally, in June 2010, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
