Chad Barnes

Chad Barnes is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Farmers Bank of Kansas City since May 2023, Chad previously held the position of Mortgage Banker at nbkc Bank from May 2018 to May 2023. Prior to that, Chad worked as a Mortgage Banker at HomeDirect Mortgage℠ from April 2016 to May 2018, where a focus was placed on offering competitive mortgage solutions nationwide. Chad's career also includes roles as a Mortgage Consultant at North American Savings Bank from December 2008 to April 2016, a Mortgage Loan Officer at BrightPath Mortgage in early 2008, and as a Senior Loan Officer at Lenox Financial Mortgage from March 2003 to February 2008.
