James Thomas

James Thomas possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in communications, leadership, and training within various roles at the Irving Police Department, North Texas Emergency Communications Center, and the City of Farmers Branch. As a Quality Assurance Specialist and Communications Specialist, James has demonstrated excellence in communications since February 1998. Additionally, James has served as a 911 Communications Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Cameron University, supplemented by education at Tarrant County College.
