Mersedeh Stacks is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., Mersedeh plays a key role in guiding leaders and employees on HR policies and fostering a collaborative environment. Prior to this position, Mersedeh held various leadership roles at thredUP, including Senior Director of People Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing employee relations and performance management processes. Mersedeh's career began at Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader, focusing on core HR operations for over 300 employees and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Mersedeh holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biology from DePaul University and Western Illinois University, respectively.
