Caroline Roos

Caroline Roos is an experienced professional in human resources, leadership development, and project management. Currently serving at Amstelring as Adviseur leren en ontwikkelen leiderschapsontwikkeling and Projectleider medewerkersreis since February 2022, Caroline also handles recruitment tasks. As the owner of Pluk een roos since December 2022, Caroline specializes in creating personalized poetry. Previous roles include HR business partner and advisor at various organizations such as Vitens and Alliander, where Caroline focused on talent management, organizational development, and efficiency projects.
