Arne Saupe

Arne Saupe is the VP of Technology at Farmer's Fridge. Arne has over 18 years of experience in the software development industry. Arne has held various positions ranging from Senior Developer to Development Manager to Product Owner.

Arne Saupe started their career as a software developer at WTD Consulting, Inc. in September 2010. Arne then became the Software Development Manager at ADM Investor Services in February 2002. In this role, they were responsible for leading the team in an effort to modernize Prysm, their aging but well regarded middle office product. They were able to not only upgrade the technology but also improve the performance and reliability of the application.

In November 2011, Arne Saupe joined ION as the Development and Product Manager North American Middle Office. During their time at ION, they introduced a micro-service architecture for their green field applications. Arne also worked with the team to add Kafka, ZooKeeper, Solr, MongoDB, and Apache Ignite into their architecture. In addition, they worked with the Sales team to create applications to attack competitive disadvantages in their products.

Arne Saupe left ION in September 2016 to become the Director of Engineering at Trunk Club. Arne held this position for two years before joining React Consulting Services, LLC as a member in July 2018. Arne remained with React Consulting Services until June 2019 when they assumed their current role as the VP of Technology at Farmer's Fridge.

Arne Saupe received their B.S. in Computer Science from Kent State University. Arne also has a certification from edX in edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to TypeScript.

Their manager is Luke Saunders, Founder & CEO. They work with Kirsta Kellin - Head of Client Engagement, Don Balis - Director of IT, and Taylor Marx - Director of Analytics.
