Julian Defranco

Julian DeFranco has an extensive work experience history. Julian is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Logistics at Farmer's Fridge, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Julian held various roles at Farmer's Fridge, including Director of Operations Excellence and Distribution, Director of Distribution, and Field Operations Manager, from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Farmer's Fridge, Julian worked as an Analyst at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine from 2014 to 2018. Julian also served as the Purchasing Manager and Senior Sous Chef at Spiaggia Restaurant from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they managed general restaurant operations, led a team of over 50 employees, and handled purchasing with a substantial budget.

Julian's early career includes a research assistant position at Yale University's Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in 2007.

Julian DeFranco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. Julian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction, specializing in Economics and Strategy, at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2016 to 2018.
