The IT and Systems team at Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is responsible for managing and optimizing the technology infrastructure and systems that support the credit union’s operations. This includes developing and maintaining automated processes, configuring and administering key software applications such as Onbase and Docusign, ensuring secure and efficient network operations, and providing technological solutions that align with business objectives. The team collaborates closely to ensure seamless and secure access to financial services for over 50,000 members.
