Jessica Decanio

Jessica DeCanio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and employee development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as AVP and Head of Claims Training at Farmers Insurance since 2007, Jessica has held various leadership roles, including Director of the University of Farmers - Claims and Learning & Development Manager. With a foundation in sales and training services from Nancy Skinner & Associates/Varnum Consulting, Jessica has successfully linked employee development to business strategies while enhancing leadership skills across all organizational levels. Jessica holds an MBA and a B.A. in Public Relations and General Business from Grand Valley State University.
