Joel Wesser

Joel Wesser is an experienced professional with a strong background in information technology and human resources. Since December 2004, Joel has held multiple positions at Farmers Insurance, including Vice President and Head of IT for Business Insurance, Brokered Solutions, and Financial Solutions, as well as roles in IT Business Management and IT Infrastructure Demand Management. Prior to this, Joel served as a Human Resources Generalist at CPEhr from August 2003 to December 2004. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1999 and 2003.
