Koenraad Lecot

Koenraad Lecot has over two decades of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, with a significant tenure at Farmers Insurance from June 2001 to November 2013. As the Head of Contingent Workforce Management, Koenraad managed the CWM program, ensuring compliance and establishing corporate policies. In previous roles at Farmers Insurance, Koenraad served as Assistant Vice President for Business Integration, where the Enterprise PMO department was established, and as Director of Information Systems, overseeing large IT projects and departments with substantial budgets. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Consultant for IBM, where consulting and training on knowledge-based systems and Artificial Intelligence were key responsibilities, and as Vice President at Security Pacific National Bank, where knowledge-based AI applications were developed.
