Wael Megid

Wael Megid is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps and software development. Currently serving as DevOps Director at Farmers Insurance since May 2017, Wael has previously held the position of IT Engineering Management Principal at Kaiser, where leadership was provided to technical and business project teams focused on code design, development, and deployment. Wael also managed complex infrastructure projects with budgets totaling $10M and led teams in the generation and deployment of code artifacts. Since starting at Kaiser Permanente in 1998 as a Lead Developer, Wael has developed expertise in building scalable software products using various programming languages, including Java, C#, and C++. Wael's educational background includes a degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
