Chris Bucka

Chris Bucka has had extensive work experience in the banking and investment industry. Chris is currently working as a Vice President, Portfolio Banker at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Adviser at Centennial Advisers, specializing in commercial real estate investment in the Long Beach multifamily market. Chris also worked as the Owner of CMB Strategies, where they provided strategic consulting services.

Before that, Chris Bucka held various roles at International City Bank, Community Bank, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, Pacific Capital Bancorp, Countrywide Capital Markets, and Bank of America. These roles included positions such as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager/Commercial Banker, and Operations Specialist/Cash Manager.

Earlier in their career, Chris Bucka worked as a Small Business Specialist and Personal Banker at Bank of America, as well as a Financial Representative, College Agent at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

Throughout their career, Chris Bucka has demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, commercial banking, relationship management, investment advising, and financial planning.

Chris Bucka attended Moorpark High School from 1996 to 2000. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Finance at Santa Clara University from 2000 to 2004. During their time at Santa Clara University, they also attended the Leavey School of Business where they earned a BSC in Finance. Later, in the years 2014 to 2016, Chris enrolled in Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance. In 2017, they completed a Certificate in Private Capital Markets at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
