Kenny Lim has had a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industries. Kenny began their career at EY, where they conducted full scope audits and prepared tax returns for real estate companies. Kenny then joined Goldman Sachs as a Fund Controller, supervising a team for a private real estate fund. Following that, they worked at Hanover Financial as an Associate Director, evaluating investment opportunities and overseeing due diligence. Kenny then joined Faris Lee Investments as Director-Capital Markets, establishing relationships with banks and closing significant transactions. Currently, they hold the position of First Vice President at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, where they have sourced and closed over $600 million in commercial real estate loans. Kenny's experience spans nearly two decades and covers various aspects of real estate finance.
Kenny Lim pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California from 1991 to 1994. Kenny later enrolled at the same institution and completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance & Real Estate Finance from 2001 to 2003.
