Rudy Kramer has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Rudy began their career at Modulaire Industries as a Superintendent and then moved on to Wells Fargo Bank as a Credit Analyst in commercial banking. In 1992, they joined PFF Bank & Trust as a Major Loan Officer and AVP. In 1996, Rudy joined JP Morgan as an SVP and Market Manager Pacific Coast, where they managed and grew a profitable commercial real estate credit portfolio. After leaving JP Morgan in 2009, they became the SVP and Los Angeles Market Manager at US Bank, overseeing a $1.6 billion commercial real estate portfolio. In 2013, they joined California Bank & Trust as the SVP and Regional Director for Commercial Real Estate, responsible for executive leadership and business development. Rudy then worked at Olive Crest as a Past Trustee Board Member before joining Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach in 2015 as an SVP and Regional Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking. Most recently, they are the Principal of Jasper Haus, LLC, focusing on multi-family housing investments in the Southern California markets.

Rudy Kramer attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1985 to 1990. Rudy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance Real Estate and Law from the same university during the same time period.
