Sherry L. Pauline has extensive work experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Sherry L. is currently serving as the SVP, Residential Lending Administrative Manager at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Gerontologist in a self-employed role from January 2020 to April 2022.

Sherry has held leadership positions in various companies throughout their career. Sherry L. served as the Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Governance at CSMC Mortgage from June 2017 to October 2021, and as the Chief Risk Officer at American Advisors Group from January 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they held roles such as EVP, Chief Compliance Officer - Mortgage at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC from April 2010 to December 2015, and SVP, Compliance & Operational Risk Executive at Bank of America from May 2005 to April 2010.

Sherry L. In 1985 to 1987, they also attended Orange Coast College and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts.

Moving forward in their educational journey, Sherry pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Gerontology at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology in 2019. During the same year, they began their doctoral studies at the USC Rossier School of Education, focusing on Organizational Change and Leadership. Sherry L. is expected to complete their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sherry L. Pauline obtained a certification as a BSA/AML Officer from BankersWeb in July 2017.
