Thu Van, MBA, MSDA, is an accomplished professional in operational risk management, currently serving as VP of Operational Risk Management at Banc of California since July 2024 and as a Senior Risk Management Analyst at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach since July 2023. Thu Van has successfully implemented and managed the Bank's Operational Risk Management program, promoting a culture of risk awareness and leading the development of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment program. Previous roles include Risk Management Analyst at Atlas Title Company and Senior Loan Originator at First American, as well as earlier experience as an Analyst at Bank of Hope and a Banker.
