Justin Redman has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Justin started their career as an AVP, Commercial Loan Officer at Central Valley Community Bank in 2005. In this role, they were responsible for developing and monitoring a commercial loan portfolio. Justin then moved on to the Bank of Agriculture and Commerce in 2012, where they held the position of AVP, Commercial Loan Officer for a year before returning to Central Valley Community Bank as a VP, Commercial Loan Officer. Justin held this role for four years before joining Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California as a VP, Wholesale Relationship Manager in 2017. In addition to their banking career, Justin also served as a Board Director for the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2015.
Justin Redman attended Pacific Coast Banking School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed the CBA Commercial Lending School from 2011 to 2012. Justin also studied Business Administration at California State University, Bakersfield, and graduated from Paso Robles High School.
