Robert Hallquist

Robert Hallquist has extensive work experience as a compliance officer in the banking and mortgage industries. Robert currently holds the position of SVP Chief Compliance Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California. Prior to this, they served as the SVP/Compliance Manager at River City Bank. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California as the SVP/Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at Vitek Mortgage Group. Earlier in their career, they held compliance roles at Farmers and Merchants Bank, Rabobank, and Washington Mutual. Robert started their career as a Compliance Officer at Westamerica Bank and served as a Quality Control Manager at The Money Store.

Robert Hallquist attended De Anza College from 1986 to 1989, where they studied accounting. Robert did not receive a degree during this period. In April 2005, they obtained a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB).
