Connie Peterson has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Connie currently serves as the Director of Executive Operations at Farmers Mutual of Nebraska since April 2020. Previously, they worked at INSPRO Insurance Agency as the Human Resources Director from January 2015 to April 2020. Prior to that, Connie held the role of Operations Director at Allied Insurance from January 1991 to January 2015.
Connie Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Administrative Resource Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Connie attended the university from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained three certifications: SHRM Certified Professional from the Society For Human Resource Management in May 2015, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society in October 2003, and Associate in Claims from The Institutes in May 1995.
