Logan Germann

Logan Germann possesses extensive experience in residential development and real estate brokerage. As President of Lochdale Development, Inc. since January 2000, Logan has led residential projects, while simultaneously serving as Owner of The Logan Co., which specializes in real estate brokerage, land development, and expertise in tax-free (1031) exchanges. Additionally, since May 2014, Logan has held the position of Director at Farmers National Bank and previously worked as an Affiliate Broker at Crye Leike Realtors from 1996 to 2000. Logan Germann earned a BA in English from Rhodes College, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993.
