Zachary Gay

Zachary Gay has accumulated a range of work experience in the banking industry. Zachary started their career at The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, OH, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to the role of Retail Analyst. Later, they became a Product Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for developing and managing the retail incentive plan and driving product profitability.

After working at The Home Savings & Loan Company, Zachary joined Premier Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Product Portfolio and Analysis Manager. In this role, they managed and evaluated product performance, led pricing meetings, and conducted market research to design new products and services. Zachary then advanced to the position of Vice President, Senior Business Analyst, where they led the optimization and discovery of business opportunities and supported the development of new pricing programs and strategies.

Currently, Zachary is working at Farmers National Bank of Canfield as a Vice President - Senior Retail Banking Analyst. Zachary'sresponsibilities include developing and monitoring branch profitability, providing timely reporting to management, and developing a branch distribution strategy. Zachary also contributes to quarterly retail/branch incentive plans and goal setting.

Throughout their career, Zachary has demonstrated expertise in retail banking, analytics, pricing, and product management, contributing to the growth and profitability of the organizations they have worked for.
