Caitlin Mateo is a culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Kitchen Operations and Development at Farmers Restaurant Group since April 2020, Caitlin has held various senior roles including Senior Executive Chef and Executive Chef. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a multi-venue operation, and as Executive Chef and General Manager at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, managing all food and beverage programs. Caitlin began culinary development as a Sous Chef at Bindi from March 2007 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include Associate's degrees in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management, as well as Culinary Arts and Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
