Caroline Davis is a skilled marketing designer with extensive experience in graphic design and advertising. Currently working at Farmers since October 2020, Caroline previously held positions as a graphic designer at Xenophon Strategies, Inc., and as a junior interactive designer at Cortina Productions. Notably, during a tenure as creative director at The Breeze, Caroline oversaw ad creation for the James Madison University newspaper and website, consistently ensuring high-quality output that contributed to the organization's recognition for superior service. Caroline also gained valuable experience as a creative intern at Hattaway Communications. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts and Design from James Madison University, earned in 2017.

Our collection of restaurants is owned by more than 40,000 family farmers of the North Dakota Farmers Union, serving American inspired food and drink with an emphasis on cooking from scratch. While our restaurant is supplied by hundreds of family farms everywhere., that doesn’t mean we know every farm, and that doesn’t mean we never have to buy product from the traditional (corporate) supply chain; it does mean we’re working hard to direct our purchasing dollars where it aligns with our values. We’re serving the best food we can, made from scratch in our kitchens every day. Our innovative, American dishes are made primarily with pure ingredients honoring the farmers and their hard-earned bounty. Currently, our restaurants include flagship location Founding Farmers DC, MoCo's Founding Farmers, Founding Farmers Tysons, Founding Farmers King of Prussia, Founding Farmers Reston Station, Founding Farmers and Distillers, and Farmers Fishers Bakers.
