Meaghan O'Shea has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at PAN Communications in 2005. Meaghan then joined Farmers Restaurant Group in 2008 as a Front Desk and Special Events Manager. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held various roles including Bar Manager, Senior Service Manager, General Manager, Marketing + PR Manager, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Their most recent position at Farmers Restaurant Group is as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, which they have held since January 2018.
Meaghan O'Shea pursued their education by attending Masconomet Regional High School from the year 2000 to 2003. Following that, they went on to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBA) with a focus on Corporate Communications at Queens University of Charlotte, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

While our restaurant is supplied by hundreds of family farms everywhere., that doesn’t mean we know every farm, and that doesn’t mean we never have to buy product from the traditional (corporate) supply chain; it does mean we’re working hard to direct our purchasing dollars where it aligns with our values. We’re serving the best food we can, made from scratch in our kitchens every day. Our innovative, American dishes are made primarily with pure ingredients honoring the farmers and their hard-earned bounty. Currently, our restaurants include flagship location Founding Farmers DC, MoCo's Founding Farmers, Founding Farmers Tysons, Founding Farmers King of Prussia, Founding Farmers Reston Station, Founding Farmers and Distillers, and Farmers Fishers Bakers.
