Meaghan O'Shea has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at PAN Communications in 2005. Meaghan then joined Farmers Restaurant Group in 2008 as a Front Desk and Special Events Manager. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held various roles including Bar Manager, Senior Service Manager, General Manager, Marketing + PR Manager, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Their most recent position at Farmers Restaurant Group is as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, which they have held since January 2018.

Meaghan O'Shea pursued their education by attending Masconomet Regional High School from the year 2000 to 2003. Following that, they went on to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBA) with a focus on Corporate Communications at Queens University of Charlotte, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
