Lisa Hayek

Lisa Hayek has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Lisa currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Farmers State Bank. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Operations Director at Bank Iowa, SVP/COO at Midwest Heritage Bank, SVP/CRO at Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank, and VP/Cashier at First National Bank and Two Rivers Bank & Trust. Lisa also spent a significant part of their career at Pinnacle Bank, where they held the roles of EVP, CFO, and Cashier for almost 20 years.

Lisa Hayek attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting at Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business from 1985 to 1987.
