Bill Blackford

Bill Blackford serves as the General Manager and CEO of Farmers Telecommunications Inc since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bill was the Manager of Region Operations at Lumen Technologies from May 2019 to January 2023 and held a position as Supervisor of Region Operations at CenturyLink from August 2004 to May 2019, overseeing telecom operations in Gallatin/Park Counties MT and Yellowstone National Park. Bill has also worked as a Retail Store Manager for the MT Army National Guard, a Region Operations Manager at Star West Satellite, and a Licensed Realtor at Montana Homes and Land. Bill's earlier experience includes service as a Specialist in the United States Navy. Educational qualifications encompass a licensed realtor degree from Cannole Morton Real Estate School along with studies at Montana Bible College and Montana State University-Bozeman.
