Head Of Innovation And Technology at Farmesa

Nicolas Curubeto is an experienced professional in food technology and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Technology and Research Development Project Lead at Farmesa since November 2020, focusing on meat analogues through Plantia Food Systems. Additionally, Nicolas holds a position as an Assistant Lecturer at UADE since April 2021 and previously gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at The Vegetarian Butcher, where the project involved upscaling a pilot extruder. Earlier roles at Farmesa included Pilot Plant Supervisor and R&D Laboratory Assistant from February 2016 to July 2018. Nicolas earned a Master of Science in Food Technology with a specialization in Product Design, Food Science, and Technology from Wageningen University & Research (2018-2020), following a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from UADE (2011-2016).
