Henrik Sandal has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Professional Road Cyclist at Team Fixit Procycling from 2015 to 2016. Henrik then moved on to PwC Consulting - People & Organization, where they worked as a consultant from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they began working at Tryg as a Forsikringsrådgiver. In 2019, they started working at Unbank.Ventures as a Finance & Investment Analyst. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development and Global Business Development at Farmforce AS.

Henrik Sandal completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at BI Norwegian Business School from 2014 to 2017. Henrik then went on to earn an MSc Financial Economics & Business Analytics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 2018 and 2020.
