Ewelina Molenda has extensive experience in marketing and management, currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Farmina since May 2018. In this role, Ewelina reports directly to senior management and is responsible for implementing and executing the global marketing strategy in Poland, managing a team of up to 20 people, and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Prior to Farmina, Ewelina worked at Groupon, initially as an Online Merchandising Specialist and previously as a Partner Management Specialist, where responsibilities included collaborating with EMEA buyers, creating campaign content, and enhancing the merchant experience. Ewelina began their career as a Support Division Coordinator at Promedica Care Sp.z o.o, managing customer satisfaction surveys and collaborating with various departments. Ewelina holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in German Philology from Lingwistyczna Szkoła Wyższa w Warszawie.
