Christian Escalante has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations.
Starting in 2022, Christian worked as the Assistant Manager at Farming Hope. Prior to that, they worked at Forward as a Recruiter from October 2021 to July 2022. Christian also served as the Worker Rights Program Coordinator at the Filipino Community Center from October 2019 to June 2021.
In 2018, Christian had roles at Stanford University, including Resident Assistant from September 2018 to June 2019 and Student Intern from June 2018 to September 2018. Before that, they were the Community Manager at Stanford University from September 2017 to June 2018 and a Stanford Frosh 101 Class Instructor from April 2017 to December 2017.
Christian gained experience as a Seeding Change Fellow at the Chinese Progressive Association from June 2017 to September 2017. In this role, they contributed to program development, assessment, and facilitation, conducted outreach for conferences, and engaged in local campaigning around gentrification.
Earlier in their career, Christian worked as a Student Assistant at the Stanford Alumni Association from February 2016 to April 2017. Christian also held multiple roles at Unalaskans Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence, including Shelter Advocate from May 2015 to August 2015, Student Advocate from August 2013 to May 2015, and Temporary Shelter Project Worker from June 2011 to August 2013.
Christian Escalante attended Stanford University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
