Albert A. La Valle began their work experience in 1990 at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior in Entrepreneurial Services. Albert A. worked there until 1993. In 1993, they joined Farmington Foods, Inc. as a production scheduler and supervisor. Throughout their time at Farmington Foods, they held various positions, including production laborer, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff. In 2004, they became the Director of Finance, and in 2007, they became the COO, CFO, and co-owner of the company.

Albert A. La Valle has a diverse educational background that includes various degrees and certificates. Albert A. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
