Robert Mattax

Robert Mattax is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software engineering and business development. As the Founder of ScrapCycle.org since June 2020, Robert has focused on sustainability initiatives. In addition, Robert serves as a Board Member for Farmished, contributing to community efforts in rehabilitating brownfield sites in Muncie. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at AppHub, Robert built a global engineering team and integrated newly acquired companies into their portfolio. Robert held various positions at Ontario Systems, including Manager of Software Engineering, and founded Slop on Top, a food truck venture designed to merge culinary experiences with technological innovation. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Ball State University.
