Donna Topping

Donna Topping is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance management and training. Currently serving as the Technical Training and L&D Programme Lead at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited since November 2023, Topping previously held multiple roles at Downer New Zealand, including Compliance Manager and Project Coordinator from June 2021 to December 2023.
