Matt Scarf currently serves as Business Manager at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited, leading a team dedicated to supporting land-connected individuals and enhancing productivity within the organization. Previously, Matt held the position of Area Manager at Michael Hill, managing multiple stores in the Waikato area with significant achievements in sales and net profit growth, as well as customer experience rankings. Prior roles included Store Manager, where Matt successfully turned around store performance, and positions in hotel management with InterContinental Hotels Group, showcasing a robust background in hospitality and retail management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Pacific International Hotel Management School.
