Tom Knowles has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Sol Food - Puerto Rican Cuisine since September 2018. Prior roles include Manager at Farmshop since August 2014, and previously holding positions such as General Manager at Restaurant Zoe and Chandler's Crabhouse. Other notable experiences include a Retail Selling Expert role at Macy's West and managerial positions at Cucina! Cucina! Italian Cafe and Mayflower Park Hotel. Tom Knowles earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Economics from the University of Washington between 1976 and 1984 and attended Bellevue High.
