Vaidas Adomauskas

Vaidas Adomauskas has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began their role as Chief Product Officer at First Circle. In 2021, they took on the role of Advisor at Poklet. In 2020, they became Acting CTO at Farmstand. From 2018 to 2019, they were Product Director at Railsbank and Head of Revolut Business at Revolut. From 2012 to 2018, they were Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board at WoraPay. From 2009 to 2012, they were Product Manager (Product Owner) and Agile Coach at Adform. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Lecturer at Vilnius University, teaching courses on Agile Project Management. In 2014, they founded Agile Coach Lithuania and served as the Founder and Agile Coach.

Vaidas Adomauskas holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering and Management from the University of Gothenburg, obtained between 2006 and 2008. Vaidas also holds a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including ICAgile Authorised Instructor and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile in 2013, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance in 2011, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2010, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2010.
