Kaushalendra Yadav

Kaushalendra Yadav has had a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Kaushalendra started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Pvt Limited in 2002, where they worked on internal systems. Kaushalendra then joined Proteans Software Solutions in 2003 and worked on various projects, eventually rising to the role of Project Lead.

In 2006, Kaushalendra moved on to Applied Materials, where they initially worked as an Assistant Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer II. At Applied Materials, they were responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining installers. Kaushalendra also collaborated with remote development teams, QA, and TPS.

In 2012, Kaushalendra joined Symphony Teleca as a Team Lead - Product Development. Their responsibilities included test automation using Python, lab deployments using Jenkins nodes and jobs, and creating tools for successful installations and upgrades.

In 2014, Kaushalendra co-founded Mantra Labs | Mantra.ai, a technology company where they served as the Co-founder and COO. Over the next four years, Mantra Labs experienced significant growth, with the team expanding from 10 to 150 employees and a 12-fold increase in revenue.

From 2016 to 2018, Kaushalendra also worked as the Co-founder and COO at Mantra.ai, a company that specialized in artificial intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry.

Later, Kaushalendra attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur from 1998 to 2002, where they played Field Hockey and received the prestigious Institute Blues.
