Eric H. Hart

Eric Hart is Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of B&G Foods. Mr. Hart joined B&G Foods in February 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer and was promoted to his current position in January 2016. Mr. Hart is responsible for all Human Resources functions for the company, including: strategic HR organizational planning, compensation and benefits planning, talent acquisition, employee development and compliance with HR-related regulations and company practices. Prior to joining B&G Foods, Mr. Hart held various leadership positions within human resources for more than 25 years. Mr. Hart joined B&G Foods from LifeCell, where he had served as Vice President of Human Resources since 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Hart held human resources leadership positions at Avaya from 2007 to 2014, including Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits, Senior Director of Human Resources for Avaya Global Services and Director of Human Resources. Mr. Hart also held human resources managerial positions at Mars and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
