Scott E. Lerner

Scott Lerner is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Lerner joined the company in 2005 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In 2006, Mr. Lerner was promoted to Executive Vice President and in 2009 he was given the added responsibility of being the Chief Compliance Officer, a then newly created position. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Lerner was an associate in the corporate & securities and mergers & acquisitions practice groups at the international law firm Dechert LLP.
