Christine Eustace has extensive work experience in various roles at 6th Form College Farnborough. Christine started in 1995 as a Curriculum Manager, where they were responsible for the planning, delivery, and management of Vocational ICT within the College. Christine then became a Personal Tutor in 2004, providing guidance and support to students. From 2006 to 2010, Christine served as the SA Link Tutor, taking on the role of Personal Tutor to 140 students and leading a 12-strong Student Association team. Christine then transitioned to the position of Lead Tutor, Community Engagement, from 2010 to 2013.
In 2012, Christine took on the role of Director, Community Engagement, Employability, and Careers Lead. In this role, they raised the profile of the college within the community and provided volunteering, employer engagement, and enrichment opportunities to over 3,800 students. Christine also developed the innovative business development unit called "Prospects" and served as the Project Manager of The Community Matters Partnership Project. Additionally, they served as a Community Governor at Frogmore Community College in Hampshire.
Prior to their time at 6th Form College Farnborough, Christine worked as a Sales Centre Manager at ICL Fujitsu from 1984 to 1986.
