Jennifer Wardell

Jennifer Wardell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and product engineering within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at FARO Technologies since July 2014, Jennifer has led numerous initiatives including full-stack IT M&A integrations and the launch of innovative products in 3D manufacturing and metrology. Prior roles include various leadership positions at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, where Jennifer significantly advanced corporate strategies and engineered complex systems for defense applications. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and a Master's Degree in Optics and Photonics from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to the Florida Photonics Cluster as a board member, promoting growth within the local photonics industry.
