Mak's journey at Sokkia Singapore Pte Ltd began as a Technical Manager for APAC/MEA, where they led the Technical Support department and managed product management, marketing, training, and solution development. Mak closely collaborated with R&D departments and partners to develop solutions for land survey applications.

Mak then moved to the role of Service Manager for APAC/MEA, where they established and managed service and warranty departments in Singapore and Egypt. Mak successfully set up numerous authorized service and calibration workshops across the APAC/MEA region.
