Matt Stockham

Matt Stockham has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Principal Security Architect at FARO Technologies since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GTreasury from 2003 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including VP of Information Security and Compliance, Vice President of Technology, Director of Development, and Development Manager. Notably, they led the implementation of Agile development methods, improved hosting reliability and security, created a DevOps team, and obtained PCI compliance. Before GTreasury, they worked at Kemper as a Developer from 1997 to 2003, and at Serco as a Developer from 1995 to 1997.

Matt Stockham attended Birmingham City University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting. In addition, they hold a certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², which was obtained in 2020.
