Dan Balter

Dan Balter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, board membership, and entrepreneurship. Dan began their career in 2014, founding APTIL and then co-founding HYPE - Sports Innovation, where they served as a board member. In 2015, they began lecturing on entrepreneurship education methods at Tel Aviv University. In the same year, they joined StarTau Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center as the Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development and then as the Acceleration Dep & Biz Dev Director. In 2017, Dan co-founded Spyre Group - Innovation Eco System Design and The Funnel Global, where they also served as a board member. In 2021, they joined Waiwai Capital as a board member and in 2022, they became the Head of BizDev & Partnerships at Faros AI.

Dan Balter completed a degree in International Business from Duke University between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Tel Aviv University between 2015 and 2016 and obtained a US Embassy & TAU Executives Program in Business Administration and Management, General. Dan also holds certifications in Skipper License from Sea-Gal Israel's Yacht Club (obtained in July 2021), Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI (obtained in August 2009), and Ice Hockey Trainer & Referee from Ohalo College (obtained in August 2008).
